About Myself

Hi, I'm Kerrisa!

As a dedicated first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, I bring forth a passion for design that spans every aspect of my professional journey. I am proficient in many Adobe applications such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects. With a robust portfolio spanning the creation of diverse marketing materials including a product catalog, large format trade show displays, sales promotions, presentations, email blasts, GIFs, digital ads, social media posts, logos, and website designs.

My professional trajectory encompasses both in-office and remote environments, where I have honed my expertise in establishing and adhering to brand standards while seamlessly collaborating across multiple departments to exceed goals. I am deeply committed to continuous improvement, eagerly soliciting feedback to refine my craft and witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of my designs on business growth.

In my practice, I focus on merging marketing expertise with creative design to provide solutions that enhance brands and facilitate success.

"I had the pleasure of working with Kerrisa as she executed a marketing project to increase exposure for a unique class that I teach. I have worked with several marketing professionals as vice president of procurement for Hy-Vee before retiring and teaching at ISU. Kerrisa listened and responded as well as any of the seasoned veterans that I worked with. She also shared fantastic ideas that enhanced the project greatly."
